Is there a such thing as first time home builders grants and/or renovation grants?
I have a friend who is building a House and has completed the framework of the house. Is there a grant he qualifies for the complete the construction of his home? If so, how do he go about getting it?
Yes, in Canada there are both. The first time home buyers is from the government and gives about $10000 for a down payment.
